Microsoft® Project: Level 2

Training Course Content

Course Objective: Students will exchange project plan data with other applications, update project plans, create custom reports, and reuse project plan information.

Prerequisites: Students enrolled for this course should have the following:

  • Microsoft Office Project: Level 1.
  • An understanding of project management concepts.
  • A basic familiarity with using Microsoft Windows and Office, such as browsing for files, opening, closing and saving files.

Delivery Method: instructor-led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.

CPE Information: 6.5 hours

Microsoft Project 2003 Users:

  • Our regularly scheduled Project classes are currently taught by our instructors using version 2007. We combine 2003 users with 2007 users due to the interface similarities between versions. For 2003 users, we point out specific minor interface differences and enhancements. Additionally, as a 2003 student, you can choose to use either Project 2003 or 2007 in class. Please include a note with your registration if you are a Project 2003 user.
  • Private Corporate training can be taught using any Microsoft Project version at our site or your location.
