Private team training is instructor-led Microsoft training delivered just for your organization, built around your goals rather than a fixed public-class curriculum. You choose the topics, format, and schedule. Sessions are hands-on and use real-world scenarios so your team can apply the skills right away. Where can you deliver private training?

Three ways: onsite at your location anywhere in the United States, live online as instructor-led virtual training, or at our Houston training center in Kirkwood Tower (11757 Katy Freeway, Suite 1300, Houston, TX 77079). We match the format to your team's location and preference.

Which Microsoft applications can you train our team on?

We cover Excel, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Microsoft 365, plus additional tools across our 16 application areas. Training can range from beginner fundamentals to advanced topics such as PivotTables, dashboards, and data analysis, and is tailored to the exact features your team uses.

Can the training be customized to our data and workflows?

Yes. Private training is built around your team's actual tools, goals, and current skill level. After an initial conversation about your needs, we send a customized proposal for topics, format, and schedule, then deliver hands-on instruction using scenarios relevant to your daily work.

Do private classes qualify for CPE credit?

Excel Solutions Team is registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TXSBOA) as a CPE sponsor. Many courses are CPE-eligible, which makes private training a convenient option for CPAs and accounting teams that need continuing professional education. Most full-day classes are 6.5 CPE credit hours; partial-day and multi-day or bootcamp courses vary, so confirm the hours for your selected topics.

How long are private training sessions, and how flexible is scheduling?

Sessions are flexible: full-day, half-day, or a multi-session series spread over time, scheduled around your team's availability. Share your goals and we will recommend a format and length that fit the depth of material and your calendar.

Do we need to provide computers and software for onsite training?

Teams usually train on their own computers and Microsoft 365 accounts so the skills transfer directly to their real work. For private training, our laptops and training accounts may be provided based on availability and need. We confirm the setup with you when planning the session.
