                    Course Content
 Course Objective: Students 
                    will communicate using Instant Messaging, personalize and organize your mail, organize Outlook items, share and link contacts, create forms, and work offline and remotely.  Prerequisites: Before taking this course, it is recommended that students take the Outlook Level 1 and 2 or possess equivalent knowledge. Prospective students should be familiar with using personal computers (basic typing skills are recommended). They should be comfortable with the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on the computer. Specifically, they should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders. Delivery
