By using the Advanced Filter feature in Excel, we can hide the duplicate rows without actually deleting them.

1. Open your Excel Worksheet with your data or use our sample file.
2. Highlight your entire dataset.
3. Select Advanced Filter from your menu.
Go to the Data Tab and select Advanced in the Sort and Filter group.
Go to the Data menu, select Filter, then Advanced Filter.
4. In the Advance Filter dialog box:
- Confirm that all your data is selected in the List Range field.
- Ensure that the Criteria Range is left blank.
- Check the box for “Unique records only”.
- Click OK.
5. That's it, now only the unique records are shown. You can copy and paste the results to keep the unique set.
