Course objective
Students will create a project plan, add tasks with duration estimates, build a work breakdown structure and task relationships, assign resources and resolve conflicts, and finalize a plan with an optimized schedule and baseline.
Prerequisites
To ensure your success, each student should have a general knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office concepts; basic project management concepts are helpful.
