Course Objective
By the end of this course, participants will be able to confidently use Microsoft OneDrive to store, organize, manage, and protect files within the Microsoft 365 environment. They will understand the differences between OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; efficiently manage files and folders; synchronize content across devices; and work seamlessly both online and offline. Participants will learn how to share files securely, manage permissions, collaborate in real time using co-authoring and version history, and integrate OneDrive with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Additionally, they will be able to utilize OneDrive security and recovery features, restore deleted or previous versions of files, and apply best practices for productivity, collaboration, and data management.
